Following the merger between E-Zec Medical Services and ERS Medical, Vail Williams was appointed to provide strategic property advice to support the newly formed EMED Group, as the company continued to grow.

Bringing together a bespoke team of advisers, we provided expert advice on the company’s existing portfolio whilst addressing the company’s future industrial property needs in line with the growth in its medical transport services across the UK.

  • Undertook due diligence on existing leases, reviewing contract structures to protect our client at various lease events.
  • Reviewed existing portfolio for potential consolidation opportunities.
  • Undertook multi-site industrial acquisitions across the UK, searching for appropriate premises to lease, bringing in planning expertise for changes of use, providing energy & sustainability advice, undertaking pre-acquisition surveys and negotiating lease terms with the landlords.
  • Implemented new property management software to ensure transparency and proactive lease management as the company grows.
