Our residential investment team was instructed by Harwood Real Estate to openly market a detached freehold opportunity, comprising a block of 18 flats in central Southampton, Hampshire.
The flats were let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and our client was seeking to dispose of the freehold as a result of changing investment priorities.
We instructed Vail Williams to dispose of Castle Chambers in Southampton, we chose Vail Williams due to the strong regional and national presence in the market. After launching a successful marketing campaign, we agreed terms with a purchaser and successfully disposed of the asset. The process was incredibly smooth, and we look forward to working with Vail Williams again.
