Vail Williams was appointed by Lavant House School Educational Trust Limited, which had gone into administration, to sell the asset to achieve the best possible financial outcome.
The Grade II listing of the property and accompanying land meant that this was an intricate disposal. Added to this, the property was also owned under a number of different titles, which could have had an impact on the end sale value.
The mixed-use nature of the assets for sale, meant that they would appeal to multiple target markets.
