Vail Williams was appointed by Surrey County Council as a Framework adviser to secure planning permission for the delivery of a new state-of-the-art training facility for Surrey Fire & Rescue Service (SFRS).
The existing Reigate Fire Station premises at Wray Park, built in the 1950s, required demolition and redevelopment to deliver a new facility designed to meet modern firefighting demands.

We are grateful to Vail Williams’ planning team for the expertise that they brought to this project, which forms part of a wider redevelopment of facilities at Wray Park. This significant redevelopment will provide Surrey’s firefighters with modern, state-of-the-art facilities which are not only fit for the future but align with the Council’s net zero carbon ambitions too.”
