Vail Williams was appointed by FTSE 250 recruitment firm, PageGroup, to provide strategic advice across its UK office portfolio.

Hybrid working had reshaped PageGroup’s office requirements, so we right-sized their office footprint across their portfolio, enhancing office quality and functionality, retaining prime central locations where needed, whilst introducing greater lease flexibility through a coordinated, multi-site occupier strategy.

How we helped
  • Delivered a holistic occupier strategy, combining lease advisory, acquisitions and workplace consultancy to right-size PageGroup’s portfolio and support targeted relocations.
  • In Manchester, we secured relocation from c.15,000 sq ft at Hardman Square to a more efficient space at Two Hardman Street.
  • At Reading, we secured a reduction in space from 7,500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft at Apex Plaza.
  • In Leeds, PageGroup moved to a smaller, higher-quality workspace at 12 King Street, designed for collaboration and wellbeing.
  • In Birmingham, we restructured their lease at Brindleyplace, with a surrender and re-grant, enabling retention of a prime location while returning surplus space and improving lease flexibility.
