Local businesses and companies looking to move in to the area will soon be able to consider new property options created by Ankers & Rawlings at Dorset’s largest industrial estate. Advised by regional property experts Vail Williams, the developer has acquired a multi-million pound industrial and office scheme on Cobham Road in Ferndown. The 3 acre site with 74,000 sq ft of business space is home to 12 tenants including the global test and services company Spherea. Vail Williams will be working with Ankers & Rawlings to develop part of the site for new business units and expand the type of innovative enterprises already present.
Scott Rawlings, who has recently secured outline planning consent for 450,000 sq ft of new employment space at the nearby Woolsbridge Industrial Estate was keen to highlight ‘Ferndown is a popular estate for businesses and we are really excited about getting started.’
