Babcock, Capita and CT Automotive take up new space totaling over 65,500 square feet.
Lakeside North Harbour, the premiere business destination in the Solent Corridor, asset managed by Northwood Regional UK, has recently secured a trio of deals to let over 65,000 square feet of office space in Buildings 1000 and 3000. Babcock, Capita and CT Automotive, have all consolidated their presence at the business park signifying the strength of the services on offer and the high quality work environment.
The largest of the three deals will see Babcock, the UK’s leading engineering support services organisation, take up over 55,000 square feet of space. The deal is linked with an arrangement involving the outgoing tenants of the space, Capita, relinquishing its lease to take up an 8,500 sq ft office suite on a 10 year lease elsewhere at Lakeside North Harbour Office.
In addition, CT Automotive has now let a further 2,100 sq ft of office space at Lakeside, North Harbour. The space was ready to occupy, self-contained and provided a better office and working environment for the expanding local business which signed up to a new 10 year lease.
