We are pleased to have advised Frasers Property on the let of 34,444 sq ft office space to Regus at Winnersh Triangle near Reading.
In news released by Thames Valley Tap, Global serviced office giant, IWG, has confirmed it has taken recently-refurbished Building 220 and will create co-working space, private offices, suites and meeting rooms under the Regus brand.
John Ryder, sales director for IWG, said: “We are excited to be opening our ninth location in Reading and this shows the strength in the market. IWG is leading the flexible working revolution and we are looking forward to welcoming clients into the centre.”
Vail Williams acted for Winnersh Triangle landlords Frasers Property in the deal.
Partner, Charlie Nicholson, said: “We are delighted that Regus are opening their latest centre here at Winnersh Triangle.
“Since purchasing the estate, our clients Frasers Property have been looking at ways to expand the office offer within the 1.5m sq ft estate, and Regus’ co-working and flexible office space offering is a great way to do that.
“The opening of this centre complements the multi million pound investments being made by Frasers in the landscaping, infrastructure and amenity mix at Winnersh Triangle that will make this centre a great success.”
An opening date of June 3 has been confirmed.
Winnersh Triangle is the last remaining major business park in the area without an IWG centre. IWG has serviced offices at Greyfriars Road in Reading, Green Park, Arlington Business Park (two), Forbury Square, Thames Valley Park and Bracknell (two).
