Today marks the start of a new and exciting era for Vail Williams as the new regional Surrey office officially opens for business. The office, based at One Crown Square in Woking, further boosts the firm’s presence across the south as it continues to grow in line with its ambitious business strategy.
We’ve been part of the thriving business community in Surrey for over 30 years with the last 15 from our former offices in Guildford.
We have some fantastic clients in the region and we have always prided ourselves on our first-class client service. This was front and centre of our minds when we made the decision to establish a larger regional offering in Surrey to build upon our growing business.
Our vision is to bring together a strong multidisciplinary team covering core service areas such as planning, valuation, acquisition and disposal, occupier advisory, investment, development, lease advisory and building consultancy. This full-service offer enables us to service our clients even better and from one focal point within the heart of the region.
After months of planning, we’re pleased to have now moved into our new office and this regional base is ideally located for us to really make our presence felt across the wider Surrey area.
Surrey has such a diverse and thriving property market that presents many opportunities and challenges for us, which we’re excited to explore further. Our focus will be widespread across both residential and commercial property projects.
There’s so much going on within the region, such as the large mixed-use development at Longcross as well as a wide range of infrastructure projects which will have far-reaching effects on the region. These include the potential rail link between Woking and Heathrow, the proposed Crossrail 2 rail route and major road improvements around the M25/ A3 junction as well as wider effects of the third runway at Heathrow Airport.
