The Solent Business Space team picks up another two accolades from industry leader, CoStar, for their stellar work across the South Coast.
Vail Williams’ work for clients has been recognised again with two industry awards by a global leader in commercial real estate information.
Detailed analysis by CoStar placed us first, by square footage let or sold, for the most active disposal agent for offices on the South Coast.
We also topped the leaderboard as the most active disposal agent, based on the number of office deals and for the same region.

Vail Williams was third in the Industrial category for the South East, for being the most active disposal agent by number of deals.
The latest awards follow other sector plaudits over the past eight months.
Vail Williams topped the closely-watched M27 Corridor office agents’ annual league table for Hampshire last November. Covering the port cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, 261,685 sq ft of office sales and lettings were recorded.
Last July, three awards were bestowed at the South Coast Property Awards Offices for Consultancy of the Year, Property Client Service and Business Park Innovation of the Year (Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth).
Additionally, Gary Jeffries, Vail Williams’ regional managing partner for Solent, was awarded Outstanding Achievement.
