Having previous led the Business Space teams in King Sturge and Chesterton in Southampton he has a wealth of experience in both the acquisition and disposal of Office and Industrial premises, together with development and investment advice to local regional and National Clients.

Key clients include Threadneedle, RO Group, Aberdeen Standard, Eastleigh BC. Also acted for M&G to dispose of a 250,000 sq ft office Scheme on the South Coast, and for Aviva in agreeing a Pre-Let of 202,000 sq ft Distribution HQ at Kites Croft.
