Challenge
Our planning consultancy team was appointed by Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to negotiate and secure planning permissions for a new £22 million facility at Frimley Park Hospital, Surrey.
The project comprised an extended Emergency Department with additional resuscitation stations, a day surgery unit and a helicopter landing pad on the roof, in addition to a complex phasing strategy.
