Vail Williams was appointed by Frontier Estates to dispose of a 0.51-acre plot of residential development land which was previously part of the school grounds at The Cowplain School, in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
The rectangular plot consisted of tennis and netball courts and had planning permission for the development of six residential houses.
We are extremely grateful to Vail Williams for the residential development experience that they brought to this transaction. Not only did it see us achieve the pricing aspirations we had for the land, the way in which the deal was managed from start to finish ensured a swift disposal, in line with our client’s expectations.”
