We assisted Hyundai UK in relocating from their existing premises in High Wycombe, to new headquarters in Leatherhead, Surrey.
How we helped
- Worked closely with client to understand business and cultural needs
- Undertook a property search and presented clients with summary of appropriate buildings to view, including Birchwood Building, Leatherhead
- Helped client to view and shortlist properties
- Negotiated lease with Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of landlord Nuveen Real Estate
- Area boasted several other South Korean businesses locally, including LG, Samsung and Kia Motors
- Building boasted stylish industrial design, with modern energy efficient working environment
- As part of the deal, negotiated 20 new electric charging points
