  • Helped client to view and shortlist properties
  • Negotiated lease with Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of landlord Nuveen Real Estate
  • Area boasted several other South Korean businesses locally, including LG, Samsung and Kia Motors
  • Building boasted stylish industrial design, with modern energy efficient working environment
  • As part of the deal, negotiated 20 new electric charging points

  • Completed full dilapidations settlement for existing head office in High Wycombe.
