Vail Williams was appointed by Sedex, to help the global technology company secure new offices in London ahead of a lease expiry.

Having previously acted for them to secure their old office at 5 Old Bailey, we understood the company and what it wanted to achieve from its future premises. This time, our client sought around 5,000 sq ft of ‘plug and play’ office space in central London, at what was a growth phase for the company.
