Will joined Vail Williams’ occupier advisory team as partner in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in commercial property consultancy.

He specialises in providing full-service property advice, focusing on innovative, client-led solutions for a broad range of clients including occupiers, owners and developers.

Will supports his clients with the full lifecycle of their property needs, supporting them to maximise returns, minimise property costs and boost value across both traditional and specialist asset classes.

With experience of working in the London market and across the UK, Will’s expertise spans everything from supporting office and industrial clients with corporate relocations and providing development advice, to investment transactions, rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as business rates mitigation.

This multi-faceted experience, twinned with his approachability, provides clients with the confidence that, when they engage him, he’ll deliver holistic solutions to a host of ‘head-scratching’ challenges.

Whether he’s advising PLCs, global asset managers and developers, or family offices and single property occupiers, clients can be assured that his collaborative approach delivers the best possible outcome.

Most recently, Will has been at the vanguard of consultancy and transactional advisory relating to multi-storey industrial space and renewable energy projects.

Outside of work, you’ll find Will enjoying family time, socialising with friends, and experimenting with new recipes – especially if there’s a BBQ involved!
