Vail Williams was appointed by private healthcare provider, Spire Healthcare Group Plc, to dispose of Regents Gate, a 20,500 sq ft freehold office building in Reading.
Previously occupied by the company’s administrative team, the property had become surplus to requirement following their relocation to higher-quality offices in Reading town centre. Our role was to market Regents Gate to potential investors and developers and manage a robust, transparent disposal process that demonstrated best value for our client.
