Andy started his career in the property industry in 2011, initially within residential agency before a move to the commercial property sector in 2016.

He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property throughout the Southeast, where his clients have included Abrdn, Boultbee Brooks RE, V7 AM, Kames Capital, Muse Developments, Praxis, Orchard Street IM and Waitrose.

A key part of his role is negotiating on behalf of clients, something that he finds particularly satisfying as this is where Andy feels he creates value for clients.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys watching sports, running, occasionally attempting to play golf and running around after his young daughter.
