Challenge
Our Birmingham-based industrial agency team was appointed by painting and decorating specialist, PaintWell, to acquire several new trade counter premises to support of the firm’s national expansion strategy.
The largest independent decorator merchant in the Midlands, PaintWell initially sought ten trade counter sites across the East and West Midlands, North East and North West of the UK, which grew to thirteen sites as the project progressed.

- Viewings were then organised for each shortlisted property meeting our clients’ specification
- We negotiated the best possible lease terms to secure 12 lettings in York, Nottingham, Bredbury, Macclesfield, Kingswinford, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Derby, Congleton and Glasshoughton.
