Project Management & EPC improvement - Astranta Asset Management Limited

Challenge

Vail Williams was appointed by property investment company, Astranta Asset Management Limited, to project manage the delivery of refurbishment works to their industrial warehouse asset on the Fordwater Trading Estate in Chertsey, Surrey.

The aim was to improve the building’s EPC rating, delivering better environmental performance, whilst also improving the marketability of the premises.

• Achieved an improved EPC rating for the premises, taking it from EPC G to B.
• Delivered a much-needed high-specification warehouse to market to meet local demand.
• A tenant was found prior to completion of the works, and a new lease was signed shortly after practical completion.
