Vail Williams was appointed by property investment company, Astranta Asset Management Limited, to project manage the delivery of refurbishment works to their industrial warehouse asset on the Fordwater Trading Estate in Chertsey, Surrey.
The aim was to improve the building’s EPC rating, delivering better environmental performance, whilst also improving the marketability of the premises.
