We are thrilled to have followed our recent recognition as one of Property Week’s ‘Best Places to Work in Property’ with Investors in People Accreditation.
Creating a great place to work and making sure we do all we can to support our most important assets, our people, is as important to us as the projects we work on so it is great to have been recognised in this way (especially gaining the Silver level of accreditation – awarded to only the top 5% of organisations and a rare achievement for companies being assessed by IIP for the first time).
Matthew Samuel-Camps, our Managing Partner was delighted with the IIP recognition and said:-
“My team have been very keen to seek IIP accreditation and were sure we would present a good case. This confidence was wonderful but the process is also slightly daunting as it means opening-up our internal working environment and practices to be judged by others. As it turned out our confidence was well founded and we exceeded expectations by not only being accredited but gaining ‘Silver’ which is very satisfying indeed.
I am very proud of the team and the way we work and pleased to be able to say that Vail Williams is now one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Property’ and also recognised as a true ‘Investor in People’.
Our accreditation lasts for the next three years and, in line with IIP’s recommendations, we will not rest on our laurels but continue to look to make improvements where ever possible in people management throughout the organisation”.
