PROMOTION: Russell Miller has been promoted to Regional Managing Partner, South Coast region, at national property consultancy Vail Williams.
Two senior property advisors on the South Coast have been promoted.
Gary Jeffries joins the Executive Board of property consultancy Vail Williams, with Russell Miller stepping into Gary’s previous position as Regional Managing Partner at the firm.

“Gary joins the Board having successfully led our South Coast region for the last three years, growing the team to an unassailed number one position in terms of size and market share.
“Gary’s role as Regional Managing Partner will be taken forward by Russell Miller who has very successfully integrated our Bournemouth team into the region, growing our presence and expanding our client base and service line capability.”
Matthew added: “Over the past year we have grown significantly, both in turnover and headcount, and our business trajectory remains on an upward curve, thanks to the convergence of several factors – the successful delivery of our three-year business plan, the investment we continue to make in our people and operations, and most importantly, the loyalty of our clients.”
In June, Vail Williams elected a new LLP member and made 14 other senior promotions as business demand drives strategic growth.
The 169-staff firm – the largest it has ever been – relocated three of its 10 regional offices to new premises over six months, as well as reporting end-of-financial-year continued growth and increased turnover.
Danny George, Vail Williams’ Gatwick Regional Managing Partner and national business rates consultancy lead, became the firm’s 16th LLP member.
There were 14 other promotions across the firm’s six regions and service areas.
In March 2021 Cowling & West merged with Vail Williams to form the company’s Bournemouth office which is now located in an established commercial area at Everdene House, off Castle Lane near the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
