Property adviser, Vail Williams LLP, has been named the winner of the Property Client Service Award at the annual Thames Valley Property Awards.
Hosted by The Business Magazine at Ascot Racecourse, Vail Williams was acknowledged for its dedication to client service as it overcame strong competition to win the accolade at last night’s event.
The award, which was sponsored by Morgan Lovell, celebrates the ability to take a client’s brief and ensure it is correctly managed and serviced.
Vail Williams clinched the award in recognition of the outstanding service it delivered to long-term client, Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, during a large-scale planning project at Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot, which includes a new hospital in the Greenbelt and also 230 residential dwelling scheme replacing the existing hospital.
The major project was led by Vail Williams’ property planning consultancy but also drew on the knowledge and expertise of a large cross discipline consultant team from across a number of regions over the course of many months to secure a positive result, with planning permission being granted during 2017.
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, which has worked with Vail Williams on many projects over more than 12 years, praised the property adviser’s “trusting” and “caring” approach to client service and the ability to integrate with their team.
James Lacey, Partner at Vail Williams, said: “We’re thrilled to receive an award which recognises our dedication to providing the highest levels of client service, which is of the utmost importance to Vail Williams. I’d like to thank Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust for allowing us to work alongside their team on such an important project that will positively impact on so many lives in the area.”
Matthew Samuel-Camps, Vail Williams’ Managing Partner, added: “It is an honour to receive any award, but it is particularly meaningful to be acknowledged for the service we deliver to clients having recently won in the same category at the Solent Property Awards”.
“Our clients are our number one priority and we value our relationship with Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. We strive to go above and beyond to truly understand their specific property needs to enable us to achieve the best possible outcome on their behalf.”
The Thames Valley Property Awards brings together property professionals from across the region to celebrate the achievements within the thriving sector. The event took place at Ascot Racecourse and was presented by former England rugby player, Martin Bayfield.
