Vail Williams was appointed by law firm, Hill Dickinson LLP to find and secure new office space in the heart of Birmingham, following the appointment of two new partners. The appointments enabled Hill Dickinson to establish a dedicated presence within the city for the first time.

Our agency team was responsible for undertaking a property search to meet their requirements and  negotiated the lease terms for Louisa Ryland House.
