Vail Williams was appointed by UK-based electric vehicle (EV) charge point operator EV Chargers Ltd., to support them in acquiring a new HQ premises on the back of a period of rapid growth.
The client, which recently secured private equity funding of £165 million, sought to increase their office footprint threefold, to enable the business to continue on its rapid growth trajectory which saw its team go from 30 to 80 people.
We are grateful for the guidance and support offered by Mikael Goldsmith and Steve Berrett at Vail Williams in acquiring our new office. Vail Williams’ extensive regional market insights were instrumental in advising us on the best course of action for our expansion plans and we highly recommend them as a market-leading occupier advisory practice.
