Mikael joined Vail Williams in 2021 from a well-known south-coast commercial property consultancy.
He specialises in agency work and the acquisition and disposal of industrial and warehouse premises and has an intimate knowledge of the West Sussex property market across all traditional sectors.
Mikael joined Vail Williams’ agency team to focus on the sale and letting of industrial and office properties across the Gatwick Diamond region. He also has a keen interest in investment and development work, with a client pool spanning single property owners to institutional investors.
Mikael prides himself on continuing to develop his network of London and South Coast contacts, and believes in working hard to exceed his clients’ expectations.
In 2020, Mikael won EG’s ‘Dealmaker’ award, concluding the most transactions of any commercial agent in Sussex.
In his spare time, Mikael can be found on the football pitch, mountain bike trails or travelling to far and interesting places. For the time being though, his flat refurbishment is keeping him busy!
Overall, we have seen a good level of demand and take-up in most areas across the South East, despite the pace of industrial activity slowing from the highs of the Covid peak.
