Vail Williams was appointed by global brewing company, Molson Coors, to provide strategic property advice as part of a 3-year Framework agreement spanning the organisation’s operations in the UK and Ireland.
Over the course of the agreement, we assisted this large manufacturer to rationalise its multi-site industrial property portfolio, and make best use of its property assets, realising over £56 million in surplus assets.
When you appoint a property adviser, you expect the advice you will get to be factually correct and to achieve a positive outcome. However, when you appoint a team of advisers like Vail Williams, what you get is so much more. Their ability to draw upon expertise from across a broad range of disciplines, coupled with their desire to get under the skin of your business, helps them to achieve a level of service which surpasses expectations.”
Stephen Vagg, Director of European Real Estate and Facilities at Molson Coors.
