Vail Williams was appointed by St. Peter’s College, University of Oxford, via a competitive tender process to support the college in developing a new 10-year estate strategy.
As part of this our building consultancy team, which specialises in assessing historic and listed buildings, undertook a strategic review of the college’s estate to produce an in-depth, costed Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to inform their estate strategy.
As part of developing a new 10-year estate strategy we commissioned Vail Williams to carry out a condition survey of the existing site and buildings. The final report was thorough, well laid out and absolutely clear in the advice offered for tackling the priorities of the significant volume of work that an exercise of this nature identifies.
