Vail Williams was appointed by long-standing client, Prime Acrobatics, to support them in the expansion of the gymnastics and acrobatics business into new premises in Camberley following increased demand for their services.
How we helped
- Undertook complex market search for appropriate industrial premises where landlords willing to consider change of use to Class E, gymnasium.
- Organised and led several viewings for the client.
- Shortlisted Prova Court and undertook a survey of the building.
- Drafted a schedule of condition on the building based on the survey to protect the client regarding repairing liability at lease end.
- Negotiated lease terms with the landlord.
Result
- Secured signing of 15-year lease on Prova Court.
- Allowed our client to develop and grow their business in new ways with higher ceiling heights.
- Supported the creation of dozens of jobs as a result of our client’s expansion.
