We were appointed by administrators RSM to advise on property, planning and valuation issues relating a harbour which had entered administration.

It was our role to help the administrator to recover assets at Bembridge Harbour. Ordinarily, this might involve selling the assets and liquidating the company.

In this instance, understanding the specialist marine and leisure sector as we do, we marketed the harbour for sale as a going concern, drawing on our specialist commercial property valuation expertise, to value and market this unique investment opportunity.
