Charlotte Laker Sabano

Charlotte joined Vail Williams in 2024 from A2 Dominion in Winchester, where she was a housing officer.

Based in our LPA Receivership team, she is responsible for providing LPA support to our lender clients.

Charlotte supports our LPA Receivership caseload, providing highly skilled support to the Lead Receivers. As part of this, she ensures that the service delivery meets lender Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

As part of this, she helps lenders (primarily banks) with managing distressed properties under receivership, to ensure financial recovery and is responsible for liaising with lenders, landlords, tenants and referrers, to provide clear and honest advice founded on trust.

Charlotte enjoys the behind-the-scenes work of receivership, and her organisational skills are vital in her role, to ensure the best outcome for our clients.

The biggest achievement in Charlotte’s career to date, has been graduating as an international student, and she remains motivated by continual learning and professional development.

In her own time, Charlotte has a variety of hobbies founded in her interest in the arts, including web design, basic video editing and the creation of music loops.
