Our team of Registered Property Receivers is made up of fully qualified experts who are experienced in dealing with the recovery of funds for lenders on residential properties across the UK, in an open and transparent way.
Our Receivers are typically appointed by lending institutions (primary and secondary), and private investors. Although usually those lenders will have the benefit of a first-charge, we are able to consider second-charge appointments in certain circumstances.
Our people, your partners
Our Receivers are typically appointed by lending institutions (primary and secondary), and private investors. Although usually those lenders will have the benefit of a first-charge, we are able to consider second-charge appointments in certain circumstances.
Our lead Receivers are Partners of Vail Williams and include Russell Miller, the current Chair of NARA and former NARA Chair and current Managing Partner of Vail Williams, Matthew Samuel-Camps.
Drawing on over 30 years’ experience in this field, we have a proven record of taking projects from appointment through to successful completion and the distribution of funds.
How we work
We work with lenders to meet their bespoke needs, whilst maintaining a consistent approach with a clear recovery strategy, confidential record keeping and compliance at the heart of all we do.
You will benefit from our principle of appointing the best person for the job, working with the most appropriate third parties to perform our duties as appointed Receivers – whether this be legal advice, residential property management, insurance brokerage, maintenance, refurbishment and development, or open market residential sales.
We follow best practice at all times and the code of conduct set down by our trade body NARA (The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers). We are also regulated the IPA (Insolvency Practitioners Association).
