Vail Williams has been involved with Hounsdown House for several years. Having supported the previous owner with a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations for an outgoing tenant and implementation of vacant insurance requirements, we disposed of the asset which was acquired by our current client.
Following refurbishment, Fastpark Holdings retained us to secure an occupier for one wing of building on the ground and first floor, and we now manage the building on an ongoing basis on their behalf.
Vail Williams’ knowledge of the regional office market in the South Coast made them the natural choice to market the available space at our newly acquired building, Hounsdown House, where we are resident. Not only did the agency team secure significant interest in the newly refurbished space, we are delighted to retain them to manage the building on our behalf.
If you think you may need similar support to that described here, or you would simply want to have an informal chat with a member of our team to discuss your property needs, get in touch.
