Vail Williams was appointed by the landlord of a commercial premises in an affluent area of Woking, Surrey, to undertake a market valuation ahead of rent review.
Our valuation and lease advisory teams were engaged on the project, which saw us carry out an in-depth valuation based on the 7,575 sq ft car showroom leased by SMC Garage, with ancillary workshops.
Vail Williams kept me regularly updated on the progress of our rent review and was more then happy to answer any questions. Frank was always very approachable and friendly.
