Vail Williams was appointed by the landlord of a commercial premises in an affluent area of Woking, Surrey, to undertake a market valuation ahead of rent review.

Our valuation and lease advisory teams were engaged on the project, which saw us carry out an in-depth valuation based on the 7,575 sq ft car showroom leased by SMC Garage, with ancillary workshops.
