Sus López García is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 20 years’ experience delivering Red Book-compliant property valuations across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Sussex, and London.

Based in Woking, he manages the Valuation department for our Surrey region and combines local market knowledge with robust, evidence-based reporting.

He provides valuation services for a wide range of clients including banks, solicitors, accountants, pension providers, charities, investors, developers, and private individuals. His valuation reports support secured lending, refinancing, inheritance tax (IHT) planning, pension schemes, financial reporting, and expert witness work.

A trusted valuer on lending panels such as VAS, CVN, and Method, Sus undertakes instructions for major banks including HSBC, Lloyds, Santander, NatWest, and Coutts. His risk-aware approach ensures valuations are compliant, accurate, and tailored to lender requirements.

His expertise spans commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets, from industrial estates and retail parades to land, HMOs, investment portfolios, and development schemes. He also advises on EPCs, ESG compliance, and improvement strategies to help clients meet evolving regulatory demands.

Alongside his valuation work, Sus delivers CPD sessions and market updates to lenders and professionals, sharing insights on taxation and regulation points affecting valuations.
