Spirent Communications plc, the leading global provider of automated test and assurance solutions for networks, cybersecurity, and positioning, appointed Vail Williams to advise on the contractual agreements relating to their head office move and fit-out programme.
Upon review of the contracts proposed by a design and build contractor, it became clear these were weighted significantly in favour of the contractor, leaving our client bearing much of the risk.
We are grateful to the team at Vail Williams, whose expertise ensured that potential risks associated with our fit-out programme were mitigated, whilst ensuring that the works could be completed on time, and on budget, allowing a seamless transition into our new building.
If you think you may need similar support to that described here, or you would simply want to have an informal chat with a member of our team to discuss your property needs, get in touch.
