––Jeremy is a Partner in Building Consultancy working across Southern England.
Jeremy specialises in strategic project planning and delivery. His clear thinking and technical expertise has, over the last 40 years, enabled him to support clients through the creation and delivery of bespoke property solutions to meet their changing operational needs. He recognises that most occupiers view property not necessarily as an asset, but more commonly as a home for their operations, seeking cost effective and flexible solutions that work for their business that deliver real value particularly in these challenging times. Jeremy believes that the key to success is in the ability to understand a client’s needs and business drivers and then tailor specific property solutions to meet those needs.
Jeremy also has extensive experience in delivering projects in the education sector in particular surveys, repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects on Colleges and Schools.
Outside of work Jeremy can usually be found racing his Dart 15 catamaran and helping at the sailing club.
