––Courteney joined Vail Williams in 2021 as a Data Researcher within our lease advisory team where she is responsible for undertaking market research to support the work of our lease advisory experts.
As part of her role, she will be responsible for carrying out market research, collecting, recording and analysing property data and information, to be collated into reports for clients, enabling them to make informed decisions.
The information that Courteney researches is also used for business development purposes, enabling our teams to remain at the forefront of their fields, armed with the market knowledge necessary to help them pitch to and win new clients.
In her spare time, Courteney enjoys travelling to different countries and exploring different cultures. She also likes to attend music events and festivals and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
