Edward Wiltshire

Edward joined Vail Williams in 2026 as a Senior Surveyor in the Lease Advisory team and is based in the firm’s Reading office, serving clients across the Thames Valley and wider South East.

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Edward is a commercial property professional with a strong track record in valuation, lease advisory and business rates consultancy. He has experience advising clients across a range of sectors and property types, helping them to maximise value from their commercial property interests.

At Vail Williams, Edward specialises in landlord and tenant matters, providing strategic lease advisory services to occupiers, investors and landlords. He combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach to help clients optimise their property portfolios, manage occupational costs and achieve their commercial objectives.

Edward has in-depth technical knowledge of commercial leases across the office, industrial and retail sectors. He advises on lease renewals, rent reviews, lease restructures and other landlord and tenant matters, helping clients secure favourable lease terms and unlock value from their property assets.

Hardworking, motivated and personable, Edward enjoys working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver successful outcomes and build long-term relationships.
