––David is Regional Managing Partner responsible for our Thames Valley offices, encompassing Reading, Heathrow and Oxford.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and leads our multi-service Thames Valley region.
David specialises in commercial lease advice and has been at Vail Williams since 2004, throughout which time his work has focused on the Thames Valley and Oxford property market, where he has particular expertise in the office and industrial sectors.
His experience in the Thames Valley and Oxford markets and strong reputation in the field of commercial lease advice is demonstrated by the institutional investors and high profile clients with whom he works: SEGRO Plc, Clipstone Investment Management, CBRE Global Investors, Schroders, Orchard Street Investment Management and Porsche, along with a large number of the regional professional consultancy firms.
A father of two boys, alongside his busy family life, David enjoys cycling and running and is a supporter of Reading Football Club.
