We were appointed by Eastleigh Borough Council, to advise on their acquisition of Chestnut Avenue Retail Park in Eastleigh, Hampshire, owned by Paloma Capital.

 The fully occupied retail park boasted tenants including Aldi, American Golf, Dreams and Poundstretcher.
