––Cameron joined Vail Williams in 2022 and supports us in the recruitment of new talent.
He is responsible for liaising with hiring managers across the business about the types of candidates that we are searching for and the roles we hope to fill.
From there, he sources appropriate candidates and, working with the relevant team leads, is part of the interview process. He also oversees the onboarding of successful applicants.
As People Operations Administrator, he will also be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative support for our people and culture team.
He joined Vail Williams from a recruitment agency where he covered a large variety of industries and roles, including specialising in Housing Associations, finance and estates, and facilities management primarily within the NHS – experience which stands him in good stead for his role with us.
Outside of work, Cameron is a big sports fan, with a particular interest in tennis and football and is a season ticket holder at Reading FC. He is also an avid movie fan with 90% of his knowledge lying in obscure movie trivia – a great asset for a pub quiz!
