Michael joined Vail Williams in 2023 as an IT Application Administrator at Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT), bringing with him over five years of experience in IT and wireless communication.

Michael is experienced in supporting users operating industry-specific applications and general applications like Microsoft Office, CRM and Content Management Systems. Furthermore, he has an in-depth understanding of their underlying technology, such as SQL and C#.

He is also adept at testing third-party applications, undertaking evaluation of new features and new releases. As well as testing applications developed in-house and supporting the integration testing and user acceptance testing of these, which he will apply in his role at Vail Williams.

Before joining Vail Williams, Michael was an IT Application Administrator at VTCT, where he was passionate about helping people meet their goals, including those students he supported in getting certification from VTCT.

Prior to that, Michael was a Support Agent at The Access Group, whose customer base was recruitment agencies mainly in the UK, Europe, Africa and North America. He reduced customer call waiting times and focused on Customer Satisfaction to improve the team’s average scores. Here he expanded his technical knowledge of the application and the underlying technology (SQL Server, Active Directory).

In his own time, Michael enjoys science fiction and new technology.
