Tracey joined Vail Williams’ Reading office in 2022 and is responsible for supporting the Property Asset Management team as a Projects Coordinator.

She supports the asset management surveyors with all their database administration needs, setting up new enquiries and issuing Terms of Engagement, through to instructed projects, raising invoices and sending out budget schedules.

Tracey also takes phones calls and manages emails from clients, liaising with the relevant fee earners on client needs.

She is also the Reading Office Administrator and is responsible for keeping our Reading office in good working order, ensuring that our team has what they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.

Tracey takes charge of ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, undertaking health & safety checks, managing staff parking, security passes, post and new starter inductions, as well as cascading firmwide initiatives and liaising with our building staff at Apex.

As a result of her hard work, Tracey was recently awarded the Vail Williams Staff Award for going above and beyond in her role as Office Administrator and making our Thames Valley office a perfectly organised place to work.

In her own time, Tracey enjoys live music events, portrait photography, baking and team quizzing with friends.
