––Tracey joined Vail Williams’ Reading office in 2022 and supports the Property Asset Management team as Projects Coordinator.
Her role includes providing efficient administrative support across new enquiries, instructing projects, invoicing and service charge budgets and reconciliations.
She provides a high level of client care to our property management customers and assists our tenants with registrations for the Vail Williams Tenant Portal.
Alongside this role, Tracey serves as the Reading Office Administrator, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. She oversees facilities, maintains a welcoming environment for staff and visitors, supports health and safety compliance, attends occupier meetings, and liaises closely with building management on behalf of the Regional Managing Partner.
Tracey’s dedication and commitment have been recognised through the Vail Williams Staff Award, celebrating her outstanding contribution and the pivotal role she plays in making the Thames Valley Reading office a highly organised and efficient place to work.
Tracey enjoys organising fundraising for charity and themed events in the office.
In her spare time, she enjoys live music, portrait photography, baking, and taking part in team quizzes with friends.
