Jo joined Vail Williams in 2023 as a Credit Controller, having spent the last 19 years working at Southampton City Council where she worked in the Legal Department.
Prior to the Council, Jo worked in Insurance Administration and Credit Control – experience which she is now applying in her role at Vail Williams, to ensure that client invoices are paid.
An experienced customer services adviser, Jo has previous experience in credit recovery work for a Local Authority and an energy supply company.
In her own time, Jo enjoys attending music festivals, concerts, listening to music, reading, furthering her education, cooking, beach walks, holidays and going to the cinema.
