Amelia Tidy

Amelia joined Vail Williams in 2025 as a surveyor in our South Coast valuation team where she is responsible for commercial and residential property valuation.

She brings with her over eight years’ experience, having previously worked at a specialist mortgage lender where she focused on the Buy to Let, residential and commercial property markets.

Amelia is responsible for carrying out commercial and residential property valuations, including associated due diligence, inspecting and measuring properties, searching for comparable market evidence to assess property values, and producing in-depth property valuation reports.

She is experienced in working with a diverse client base, including investors, landowners and private individuals, supporting them throughout the valuation process, underpinned by sound advice founded on in-depth market knowledge and research.

Amelia takes pride in providing a good quality service by understanding clients’ needs and goals, delivering practical and honest advice to build relationships and promote trust.

She has a daughter and enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether chilling together or going on adventures. In her spare time, Amelia enjoys listening to podcasts whilst running and taking part in trail events, as well as cold water sea dipping year-round, particularly when it is combined with a sauna.
