Natalie Wade

Natalie joined Vail Williams in 2025 as an Associate in our Valuation team, based in the Gatwick office in Crawley.

She is responsible for valuing commercial and residential properties across Sussex, Surrey, and Kent for a variety of purposes, including for lending purposes.

Prior to joining Vail Williams, Natalie spent 10 years at Knight Frank, specialising in commercial valuations of office and retail assets in Central London.

Her work included valuations for secured lending purposes, advising banks such as Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, Bank of East Asia, Crédit Agricole, and Lloyds. She also conducted regular quarterly, bi-annual, and annual valuations for landlords and funds, ranging from individual properties to large, complex estates.

Notably, Natalie coordinated the valuation of a North London commercial estate for a syndicate of lenders, managing multiple assets and liaising with diverse stakeholders throughout the process. She excels at communicating with investment and asset managers to gain insight into portfolio activity and market trends, ensuring valuations are accurate and actionable.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her young family. Living close to the Ashdown Forest, she also enjoys running and walking with her dog whenever possible.
