Bio Articles Service Areas And Colleagues Alice's Properties

Alice joined Vail Williams in 2025 as a Senior Surveyor in the South Coast Agency team.

She is based in our Portsmouth office where she is responsible for commercial agency work across the South Coast region, spanning both offices, retail and industrial property sectors.

Prior to joining Vail Williams, Alice worked for Flude Property Consultants where she was responsible for leasehold and freehold acquisition and disposal for both occupiers and landlords of commercial premises.

Alice is also a member of the Propsail Committee and the MATRICS Committee.

Prior to her property career, Alice was a member of the British Sailing Team competing in the 49er FX campaigning for the Olympics. She read her Master’s Degree alongside her sailing career and joined the property world in 2021.

Outside of work, Alice still enjoys sailing, as well as triathlons, Hyrox and cycling – if there is a sport suggested to her, she will absolutely try it!
