Zena joined Vail Williams in 2016 as a Facilities Administrator working in a site-based facilities management team.

She was responsible for working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager on the day-to-day running of the business park.

In 2023, she was promoted to Facilities Manager and is now responsible for managing property assets and sites across the South for her property investor clients.

As part of this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the sites from a property perspective, supporting clients with service charge requirements, managing health and safety onsite, and liaising with tenants on their requirements.

Zena takes pride in delivering excellence of service for her clients and uses her excellent communication skills to develop good working relationships with tenants, and to identify and resolve potential challenges quickly and efficiently.

In her own time, Zena enjoys horse riding and spending time with her family.
