––Emma joined Vail Williams in 2025 as a Senior Surveyor in our property asset management team.
A dedicated property manager with a proven track record in property acquisition, stakeholder collaboration, budget and asset management, Emma is adept at managing diverse tasks and adapting workflows to meet organisational priorities.
She is responsible for property management for several clients across England. Her portfolio varies from small industrial units to retail and residential properties where she is responsible for asset management, lease event and project management of refurbishments.
Prior to joining Vail Williams, Emma successfully managed a property profile for a major national charity retailer for over eight years, during which time she was involved in property and lease management – from acquisition to dilapidations and everything in-between.
She is recognised for her outstanding contribution and excellent communication, demonstrating core values in a dynamic work environment within property asset management.
In her own time, Emma enjoys socialising, eating out, travel and attempting to keep fit.
